Welcome to the BuildNow Next-Gen Unified Building and Layout Approval System. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by accessing or using our system.

To use our system, you must have the legal authority to submit building permit applications. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and submitting applications.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information for all permit applications.
• You must comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of our system.

Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the system are owned by the Telangana Government or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

Privacy Policy Our use of your personal and project-related data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Application Review and Approval

• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• Applications will be reviewed by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  
• Additional documents or modifications may be requested during the review process.
  

Online Application Process

• Users must submit ,complete and accurate information via the online application form.
• Any incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected or delayed.
  
• Users are responsible for tracking their application status through the system.
  
• Electronic signatures, where applicable, shall have the same legal standing as physical signatures.
• The system may send notifications and updates via email or SMS; however, it is the user’s responsibility to check for updates regularly.

 Use of Government Portal

• This system is an official government platform for building permit applications.
• Users must not misuse the system for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
  
• Unauthorized access, data breaches, or tampering with government records is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• The government reserves the right to audit applications and take necessary action against misuse or non-compliance.
• All submitted documents and approvals remain the property of the government and may be used for public record-keeping and regulatory purposes.

Fees and Payments

• Applications require payment of fees.
  
• Fees are non-refundable if the construction has already been started
  
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods in the system.

Service Availability We strive to ensure continuous access to the system, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the system at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability BuildNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, delays in approval, or any errors in submitted applications.

Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our system if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms  and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
