Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-refundable Application Fees: The fees associated with applying are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made in specific scenarios, including duplicate payments, erroneous deductions, or system errors. These exceptions are subject to approval by the relevant government authority.

In Instant Approval, for any refunds approved, amount will be refunded after deducting the User Charges and Building permit fee. However, in single window amount will not be refunded as the user pays the fees after scrutiny process.

Refund Requests: To initiate a refund request, applicants must submit their request within the specified timeframe.. This request must be accompanied by all necessary supporting documentation as specified by the governing body.

Refund Processing: If a refund request is approved, it will be processed within a specified number of days as outlined by the governing body. The refund will be credited back to the applicant through the original payment method used during the application process.

Government Discretion: The government reserves the right to reject any refund requests that do not adhere to the specified terms and conditions.

Permitted Cancellations: Cancellation of an application is only permitted under specific circumstances. These circumstances may include the applicant's withdrawal of the application before official approval or the occurrence of technical errors within the application system.

No Cancellations or Refunds After Permit Issuance: Once a building permit has been officially issued, cancellations and refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

Administrative Charges: The government may impose administrative charges to cover the costs associated with processing refunds or cancellations. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately to the applicant.

Policy Changes: In the event of policy changes by the governing body, any refund or cancellation requests will be processed following the latest government rules and regulations in effect at the time of the request.
